March Sketch Challenge #2

Here's my second of four cards for the Positively Papercraft sketch challenge album for March.

This time I used the sketch at the bottom of this post and created this gorgeous card using papers from Dovecraft gifted to me by the lovely Fiona from Joy of Sets. I have another sketch challenge and monthly challenge on my list to put together for Joy of Sets so look out for those.

I more or less followed the sketch here but made a mistake with the direction of my base paper and so had to change it to a landscape card. It still works, sketches are open to interpretation.

I used a Stampin' Up! retired doily here too and also a sentiment from the Abstract Impressions stamp set stamped using good old Crumb Cake ink and it's all on a base of Very Vanilla cardstock.

I just love this paper stack, subtle florals with very muted natural tones and some gorgeous sepia newsprint. It all makes card making easy.

There is a video tutorial on my channel if you want to take a look for more information.

Thanks for dropping in.
