Busy Bunny

I started off with the intention of making a plain folded card with a bunny made from Stitched Shape Framelits and got carried away making this card far more busy than I intended. I said to my daughter that the eventual chaos on the card is perhaps reflective of that which is going on in my head at the moment with so much to do and no desire to start any of it.

So this is an all Stampin' Up! offering, using a Whisper White easel fold base and then adding DSP and the aforementioned self made bunny. I was sticking with pinks and whites and then some blue and purple made it into the action on the vellum butterflies. I used Daisy Delight stamp set and punch to create my daisies and dug out the retired petite petals to create some smaller flowers and used the gorgeously cute tiny flower punches to create even smaller ones. Rhinestones came out to play and ended up everywhere, in the centres of flowers and on the heads of butterflies!

For my sentiment I chose one which referred to brighter days, suitable then for Spring and for the rebirthing meaning of Easter.

I used an aqua blender/painter to give the bunny some detail and all of the intricacies of the fold are explained in my video tutorial on my channel and embedded below.

Love it or hate it it's done and I am not about sharing my personally perceived triumphs only, you can have a look at things I'm less proud of too.

Thank you so much for dropping in, have a great day.
