I created a few projects in celebration of my birthday which I made really simple and quick or for which I tried something new or that I've not demonstrated before.
These are the projects I came up with.
This cute little hand stamped box was perfect for a little helping of home made fudge to gift to people at work on a birthday.
Hand stamping became a thing as I shared my idea to stamp and customise simple little paper sweet bags for use at craft fayres for party favours or even to pop hand made cards into instead of using cellophane.
Next I decided to make a couple of birthday cards. These began life as one card but evolved into two and I just love the pastel colours on them. These were inspired by a beautiful card I received from Sarah Cullen through the Joy of Sets Facebook Group. I've popped an image of Sarah's original gorgeous card below.
Finally I did something I've never done before and used a Hunkydory card making kit to make these two luscious cards. They're not really me and not really something I'd do again but I did enjoy the ease and simplicity of card making with these kits.
Video tutorials are all on my channel just search on You Tube for Crafty Little Things UK.
Have a great weekend and if it's your birthday soon then have a very happy one!
Thanks for dropping in.
