Isn't this little egg holder just the cutest way to give someone a little Halloween chocolate treat this year. Fab packaging and presentation can send a huge heartfelt message even with the smallest of gifts.
These are so easy to make and there is a full tutorial on my You Tube channel for both the single egg version and the double. I always find it a little tricky to say in words how to make the circle cut out section to slot into the bottom of a box to hold contents still and so the video will have to do the work for me on this one. The video for the single size is HERE and for the double size it's HERE.
I did use Stampin' Up! Clearance Rack bargains for the single egg holders with a retired DSP and for the double sized ones I used current Autumn/Winter 2017 catalogue goodies.
For one of them I loosely tied the vintage crochet ribbon around the box and for the other I loosely chained bakers twine with a crochet hook to create a cob webby effect.
I used the same sentiment on each one but changed them up a little, adding accents to some and fussy cutting others and on one I add a little spider stamp. It just shows how you can change one stamp up with a little imagination.
Why not give them a try?
Thanks for dropping in.
